Baptism Team
Our team prepares for and hosts the Gilead baptism experience.

Events Team
Our team serves at outreach functions (Summer Blast, Fall Fest, Christmas Party, etc.) and church-wide events by setting up, tearing down, and serving at each event.

Facilities Team
Our team works behind the scenes to maintain every area of our church building and property.

First Responders
Our team of health care professionals serves by providing basic medical care in the event of an accident or emergency.

Greeter/Usher Team
Our team welcomes people to Gilead at the doors and hands out worship guides at the entrance to the auditorium as well as assists people to their seats, facilitates the offering, and helps maintain a distraction-free service environment.

Growth Track Host Team
Our team serves as the hosts of the Growth Track, greeting guests and providing materials and assistance to those discovering their next steps at Gilead.

Gilead Kids Team
Our team invests in the lives of children through worship, Biblical teaching, videos, Small Groups, and games.

Hospitality Team
Our team serves by providing  and/or serving meals and snacks at various church outreaches, services, and events. (First Wednesday, etc.)

Next Steps Team
Our team helps people identify their next steps by providing resources and information about services, baptism, small groups, Growth Track, the Dream Team, and events.

Nursery/Preschool Team
Our team ministers to children through Bible stories, worship, prayer, hands-on activities and personal interactions.

Our team provides prayer for our services, teams, prayer requests, and ministries at Gilead.

Production Team
Our team assists in creating an engaging atmosphere for our worship services and the building’s aesthetics using visual elements.

Resource Team
Our team creates an excellent worship environment by ensuring all materials/products (connection cards, offering envelopes, etc.) are fully stocked for each service.

Safety Team
Our team serves in and around our building during each service to ensure the safest possible environment.

Small Group Leaders
We are trained to facilitate Small Groups and equipped to build relationships while helping group members discover their next steps.

Tech Team
Our team assists in the production of the overall worship experience, using lights, cameras, computers and other visual elements.
